2. ELIGIBILITY: Contest open only to legal residents of the St. Louis DMA, 18 years of age or older as of 7/20/07. Void where prohibited. Employees of Sponsors and Administrator and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, divisions, dealers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and such persons' household, and immediate family members (defined as parent, spouse, child, sibling, or grandparent) are not eligible to enter contest.
3. TIMING: Contest opens for entries at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on 7/01/07 and closes for entries at 11:59 p.m. (PT) on 12/31/08.
4. HOW TO ENTER:
ENTRY ONLINE: Enter Internet address into your browser, http://www.purperformance.net; complete the online entry form and submit it in accordance with the on-screen directions during the Sweepstakes Period ("Online Entry"). Information required on the Online Entry form consists of your First and Last Name, E-mail Address, Street Address (no P.O. Boxes), City, State, Phone Number (including area code), Vehicle Type, Vehicle Make and the Verify Field (collectively "Online Entry Information"). All Online Entry Information must be completed in full. All Online Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (CT) on 12/31/07. Online Entries must be manually key-stroked; use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited. Limit one (1) Online Entry per person. Duplicate entries will be deleted and can lead to possible disqualification.
ENTRY BY MAIL: On a piece of paper, type or print your name, address, telephone number, age, e-mail address (if available) and submit a photograph of your vehicle. Mail your entry to: "Vehicle Makeover" Contest 3725 Harry S. Truman Blvd, St. Charles, MO 63301. Limit one entry per person. Mailed entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2007 and received by January 5, 2008. Materials submitted become the sole property of the Sponsors/Administrator and will not be acknowledged or returned. By submitting an entry, entrant warrants and represents that entry is unpublished, truthful in all respects, does not violate any law, or regulation, and does not infringe or violate any third party rights, including but not limited to the rights of copyright trademark, privacy and publicity.
5. PRIZE: One (1) grand prize winner will be awarded a set of 20 inch chrome wheels and tires. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the grand prize is $3,000 (depending on models selected). Subject to the conditions herein, prizes will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitutions may be made, except by Sponsors/Administrator. In the event that a prize cannot be awarded for any reason, in which case, Sponsors/ Administrators will award a PUR Perfomance Gift Certificate to be used on PUR Performance Merchandise and/or services up to a $3000 value. No change will be granted if a balance remains on the certificate.
6. Entrants, by participating in this contest, consent to the use of their name, voice, resemblance, photograph and/or image without compensation, online, in print, or in any other media, in connection with contest publicity and/or any aspect of PUR Performance. Entrants waive all rights, including any moral rights, in this respect.
7. By participating in the contest entrant specifically grants to Sponsors the right to contact entrant by telephone for advertising purposes.
8. You understand that this permission overrides your listing on any state and federal do not call list and any prior listing on the do not call list of the Sponsor or its subsidiaries. You can opt out of future calls at any time by requesting to be placed on the Sponsor's do not call list by calling 636-946-8554.
9. Odds of winning are dependent on number of eligible entries received for each drawing.
10. Winners will be notified by telephone and are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
11. Winners will be required to sign and return a Work Agreement, Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release, before work begins.
12. In the event of noncompliance, or if a winner cannot be reached at the telephone number on winner's entry, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
13. The Contest Sponsors are PUR Performance, its subsidiaries and participating suppliers and manufacturers.

16. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, postage due, misdirected entries or entries not received. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the promotion. Winners assume all liability and agree to hold Sponsor harmless for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest for any reason in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify, freeze or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these Official Rules.
